Managing an existing book of private client homeowners / auto / personal lines business

Development and execution of a sales plan to grow RBN's private client business

Collaborate with commercial and EB producers to identify potential opportunities

Employe cross-sell strategies

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of personal lines insurance experience

Strength in sales and account management

Excellent communication skills and client service orientation

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Proficiency with agency management software, especially Applied Epic, and familiarity with carriers (particularly PURE, Chubb, AIG, Travelers, Encompass, Safeco, Selective, Acuity) is a plus
