Job Description :
- Respond to Customer inquires and problems by providing timely and accurate information to supervisor
- Enters data with an error of 1% or less for notation
- Remains knowledgeable of all policies and procedures changes
- Make outbound sales calls to solicit new business and reaches out to existing customers to grow business
- Documentation of trips authorization
- Quote prices
- Handle any complaints that may come in
Pay - $16.25
Required Qualifications :
- Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Entry 6000KS
- Skills in making outbound calls- determining, qualifying and selling customers
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to follow a script
