Job Description :
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the placement and service
- Creation and management of annual client service calendar
- Create and manage all workflows associated with service calendar
- Resolve day-to-day service issues, including eligibility, billing and claim issues.
- Follow up with clients, and other internal/external employees and partners
- Ensure action plans are carried out and ensure decisions are implemented
- Prepare contracts and notify appropriate parties
- Coordinate review of SPD’s, contracts, and legal documents to ensure compliance
- Ensure accuracy in Brokerage Builder and HRConnection
- Assists in the renewal/marketing process
- Gathering information from vendor and client
- Providing RFP to marketing team for processing
- Preparing proposal data into format for client presentation
- Coordinate the implementation of new plans and carriers
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of Benefit Administration System
- Coordinate and maintain project timelines
- Be an available resource to clients to resolve issues
- Perform testing of site
Required Qualifications :
- Life and Health Insurance State License – required
- Professional Certification preferred (GBA, PHR, CLU, CEBS, CBP)
- Minimum 5 years insurance carrier, benefits administration
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the following: HMO, PPO, CDHP for health plans
- Wellness programs, dental, life, short and long term disability
- Regulatory environment of employee benefit plans
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and complete objectives
- Computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong proficiency in creating and verifying financial spreadsheets
- Strong relationship management skills and excellent customer service skills
- Highest integrity in regards to confidentiality of client data
