Job Description :

As an Account Executive, you will play a leading role in developing relationships with Clients as well as with our insurance carriers and industry partners. This position requires strong risk management experience and deep knowledge of Property & Casualty products. Design and develop comprehensive insurance programs for Clients / Prospects to meet their individual business needs. Develop marketing strategies. Participate in 120-day pre-renewal meeting

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 10 years of P&C commercial experience

Current Illinois Property & Casualty Brokers licenses

Strong Client facing responsibilities

Mentor Junior team members

Handle Marketing, Placement, and Servicing needs

Responsible for strategic, higher level servicing demands

Handle complex coverage and policy questions

Strong knowledge of P&C coverages, risk management concepts and techniques.

Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills

Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadline

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

AMS360 or comparable Agency Management System
